可配套染料使用：1450013:Trypan Blue Dye 0.4% solution,台盼蓝染料，1.5ml/支
使用快速双腔SLDE。Hyy Endidiable CLL计数使用HE TC10或TC20 ALMACED CEL计数器。计数参数Range5x 104 -1x 107 EEL/ml和6～50μm细胞直径每个室只需要10μl悬浮细胞，每个室中计数的体积为0.4μl（相当于手动血细胞计数器的四×1x 1毫米平方），两个腔室可以在插入前加载。标记为A和B的箭头旁边的室指示滑动插入的方向，计数幻灯片是一次性多边形塑料与双室组成的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）。每个滑块是75×25x 1.8毫米（WX D×H），腔体深度为100μm。
